1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sheeko ("the Platform"), operated by Xirfad Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sheeko. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using Sheeko, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and post on Sheeko. By posting content, you grant Sheeko a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform. You can delete your content at any time, which removes this license.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Use automated tools to scrape content or create accounts
  • Engage in spam, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Post content that exploits or harms minors

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. We may use automated systems and human review to enforce our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Sheeko name, logo, and platform design are the property of Xirfad Technologies. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sheeko is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xirfad Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
